To better serve you, HPM requests a complete Solid Works "Pack & Go".

  1. Complete models including assembly components.

  2. Associated PDF Drawings including material type and finish requirements.

  3. Quality and Supplier Manuals

If a solid file is not available a STEP File or a PARA SOLID file will work. 

Sending Big Files?

If you have files to send us that are too large for email, you can send them this way:

  1. Go to https://heroldprecision.wetransfer.com/

  2. Either "drag and drop" OR click "add files" and browse to the file(s) you want to send us.

  3. By default, files are sent to HPM’s Engineering Team. You can change this or add people if you need to.

  4. Click the "+Your email" button and enter your email address.

  5. Type a message for us.

  6. Click the "Transfer" button.

  7. While the files are uploading, you can continue using your computer - just don't close the WeTransfer page.

  8. After the files are sent, WeTransfer will send you a confirmation email. Even so, please follow up with your HPM contact to ensure we receive the files.
