Meet the team

Tim is responsible for the day-to-day overall operations of HPM and working with customers, both current and new. Tim grew up in the industry, working in manufacturing and ultimately obtaining his formal education in Operations Management. Outside of work, Tim and his wife Colleen have four children ranging from high school to elementary who are involved in several activities. Tim also volunteers within his family's community weekly. Their house is very busy!

Pat is co-owner and VP of Special Projects/Engineering. He grew up in the sheet metal industry focusing his efforts on design and engineering. Give him a SolidWorks file, or a pencil sketch on a napkin, and you will get exactly what you want every time. Pat is married and enjoys hunting and snowmobiling.

Greg Schreier

President

Sales, Operations, and Engineering report to Greg. Greg has over 19 years of experience in Sales and Customer Partner Management as well as 13+ years in Engineering and Operations Management. Greg is married with 4 children and enjoys traveling and the great outdoors.

Bob is a customer-focused Sales and Marketing Manager with a high level of Operational experience. Starting with fabricating on the shop floor over 30 years ago, Bob has operated most equipment, understands its capabilities, and can apply this knowledge to collaborate with customers and optimize their products. He is passionate about sheet metal, design, and customer relationships. Outside of work, Bob enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He also enjoys golf, biking, and generally staying active.

Jim has been in the industry for 28 years starting out on the shop floor. Putting himself through engineering school, he has a great working knowledge of all equipment and processes to help make your project easier to manufacture. This helps you save money. His hobbies include family camping trips, hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling.

Bill has been working in sheet metal fabrication since he was 16 years old. He brings many years of experience to HPM which makes him the ideal person to run the shop. Bill is responsible for getting the jobs out of the shop as fast and efficiently as possible without jeopardizing quality. Married with 6 kids, when he finds free time, you can find him at his favorite spot – Indian Shores Resort in WI. His hobbies include everything in Gander Mountain – hunting, fishing, and camping!

Bob has been a member of the HPM team since 2007. As Director of Quality, Bob works closely with our customer’s quality and engineering departments during process development and to quickly resolve any quality issues. Bob is responsible for maintaining our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. When not eyeing up a caliper, Bob enjoys hunting, fishing and rides with the Minnesota Harley Riders.

Bob has been in manufacturing over thirty years. The last fifteen have been in precision sheet metal fabrication in estimating, engineering, and operations. Bob enjoys collaborating with the customers from the initial design stage through estimating to create a cost-effective solution for their sheet metal needs. He and his team work closely with sales, engineering, operations, and quality. They create the roadmap for engineering, production, quality, and shipping with all the materials and operations required for each item during the quoting process to ensure manufacturability and accurate costing.

Kari joined the HPM team in 1998 and has worked in multiple departments within the company. She enjoys using her knowledge to help her coworkers and learn what can be done to “strive to be better” every day. This background has allowed her to support her customers with their sheet metal needs from designing to the finishing stages. Kari enjoys spending time with her family boating, hiking, and doing any outdoor activities that include bringing the dog along as well!

Wayne has been in the metal fabrication business for over 35 years and in sales/account management for over 20 years! He is responsible for building relationships and growing business with all of his customers. He also takes care of the estimating on all of his accounts. Wayne likes the value add that HPM can do for his customers! Please ask him about it. Wayne is an avid fisherman and spends a lot of time in Ely, MN with his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Scott has been part of the HPM team since 2004, bringing a wealth of experience from his manufacturing career, which began in 1991. With a strong background in Tool & Die, where he worked for over 20 years, he transitioned into Engineering at HPM. Over the years, Scott has developed extensive expertise in sheet metal, working closely with customers and their engineers on design reviews, print evaluations, and offering Design for Manufacturability (DFM) insights. He manages all new and revised change orders submitted by customers through the HPM Engineering process. Outside of work, Scott is married with one child, enjoys spending time at his cabin near St. Cloud, and loves riding his Harley.
