New Year’s resolutions allow us a way to look back on the previous year and make choices on how we want the new year to be. Did you make any? The internet is full of stories on what the best resolutions are, tips on how to keep them, and much more. I read one article that said you need to treat resolutions like workplace goals – keep them Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely. One of my favorite ways to set goals/resolutions is to picture myself three months from now – what do I look like, who is surrounding me, how do I feel. Then every three months do a goal check and make your adjustments to get back on track.
Whether you make New Year’s resolutions or just try to implement the idea into your daily routine throughout the year, we understand.
